Unblock account to get acces to personal onedrive

For a long time I used my hotmail account for mail and onedrive, one day I switched to another account but I now remember that there are still important mails and also a lot of data and family pictures stored. Now I forgot my password so I tried to recover it several times but still get the answer that it is not possible.

I answered the questions with all the information I still remember but as it is a long time ago I am not sure the answers are correct.

Can you please help in deblocking my account. If necessary I can sent my id or whatever you need to proove that I am the owner of the account.

My account was/is ******@hotmail.com, now a case is open with the nr SIR24625023.
