    1. Do not post card numbers, phone numbers, or other personal details in a public forum.
    2. If these charges do not appear in Microsoft account order history or under Manage your payments, the card may have been used on a different account. Use the Investigate option on the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard.
    3. Check for common causes of unexpected Microsoft charges:
      • recurring billing on a subscription
      • a family member using the card
      • a previously declined charge being retried
      • a pre-order or split order shipping
      • an in-app purchase
    4. If the charges still cannot be matched to any Microsoft account, contact the bank or card issuer immediately and report the card as compromised. Disputing only the charges may not stop future fraudulent charges. Request that the bank investigate and, if needed, block and replace the card.
    5. If fraudulent transactions are confirmed, report them promptly. The guidance states that if someone has acquired the payment information, the bank or payment provider should be contacted to prevent more charges.
    6. For Microsoft assistance, use Contact Support and enter the billing problem, then select Get Help and Contact Support.

    Hello @Dave Compeau,

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your company's credit card and understand your concern regarding these charges.

Microsoft Q&A is a public community forum and I don't represent Microsoft. Therefore, I do not have access to customer billing accounts, payment information, or credit card records. For your security, I recommend removing or editing your post to remove any personal information such as your phone number and details of billing transactions, as this information is publicly visible. Also, because this is a community forum, no one here can initiate a phone call or access your account records.

Based on your description, this appears to be related to a Microsoft business subscription billing invoice. Billing information, payment methods, and subscription management can only be accessed and modified by a Global Administrator or Billing Administrator for the tenant.

Since you're having difficulty contacting Microsoft Support to investigate these charges, could you please provide the following information so I can guide you to the most appropriate support channel:

    • Are you the administrator of the subscription, or is there another administrator in your organization?
      • Do you have access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (admin.cloud.microsoft)?
      • If not, is there another admin who may be able to access it?
    • Can you locate any purchase confirmation emails related to these charges? If you're unable to identify the transactions, please search your email for the original purchase confirmation. The first confirmation email often contains details that can help identify the subscription or service associated with the charges.
    • Was the subscription purchased directly from Microsoft, or through a partner/reseller? The support path may differ depending on how the subscription was purchased.

In the meantime, if you believe the credit card may have been compromised, I recommend contacting your bank or credit card issuer as soon as possible to review the transactions and help protect the account from any further unauthorized charges while the billing investigation is underway.

Please let me know the answers to the questions above, and I'll help point you to the appropriate support options.
