Microsoft 365 Personal purchased via Apple is not applied to my Microsoft account

Apple has confirmed that my Microsoft 365 Personal subscription is active and correctly billed through Apple App Store

My Apple ID and Microsoft account use the same email address, ******@aholo.no.

However, my Microsoft account only shows Microsoft 365 Basic (100 GB), and OneDrive remains limited to 100 GB storage.

Apple has confirmed that the subscription is active on their side and advised me to contact Microsoft.

Please investigate why the Microsoft 365 Personal entitlement is not provisioned to my Microsoft account and why I am not receiving the 1 TB storage included with Microsoft 365 Personal.

    Hi Andreas,

However, my Microsoft account only shows Microsoft 365 Basic (100 GB), and OneDrive remains limited to 100 GB storage.

A free account gets only 5 GB. Did you have a 100 GB plan too previously?

I would like to see a screenshot of https://onedrive.live.com/?v=managestorage&sw=bypassConfig page before advising anything.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.
