- Do you receive any error message when opening an Office application?
- Are the Office apps showing Unlicensed Product or asking you to activate?

Could you also let us know where you renewed the subscription on August 16, 2026? For example:
- Directly through Microsoft
- The Mac App Store

Thanks for your response and please refer to my bullet answer following:
- When i open office application (eg. word, pp, excel), i can only view but not editting and save; and there is the message show on top page: Subscription required to edit and save. start your free one ........
- Yes, there is a message show to subscription required to edit and save .... I clicked "try free for 1 months", then i went through "restore previous purchase" , the reason i do this because i already paid for my subscription since Aug 2026 as per my Q&A submit above. i tried to put my outlook current outlook , but it is n't work. I might have one more outlook
- the renewed subscription appear in my apple account and payment auto deduct from my visa.
