A Microsoft offering that enables tracking of cloud usage and expenditures for Azure and other cloud providers.
I am still being charged for Azure resources and/or subscriptions that I can no longer access through my Azure account.
I am still being charged for Azure resources and/or subscriptions that I can no longer access through my Azure account.
I am therefore unable to inspect, stop, delete or otherwise manage the resources that are generating these charges.
I would like Microsoft Azure Billing Support to investigate:
Which Azure subscription and billing account are responsible for these charges.
Which Microsoft Entra tenant/account currently owns or controls the subscription.
Why I no longer have access to the subscription/resources.
Whether my access can be restored so that I can manage or terminate the resources.
If access cannot be restored, that Microsoft stops the resources/subscription from generating further charges.
Whether the charges incurred since I lost access can be reviewed for a refund or billing credit.
I can provide invoices, payment information, previous account details, subscription IDs and other information necessary to verify that I am the person paying these charges.
The key issue is that I am financially responsible for Azure charges while no longer having the administrative access required to stop the underlying resources.
