Hello, tonight I accidentally uninstalled a program I needed and decided to do a system restore that was supposed to set me back to 9/10. Now windows is not loading properly, it gives me the blue screen with a few options. I clicked advanced options, keep all files and try to reinstall windows but it will not accept my PIN password. Infact for any of the options vesides turn off pc or restart, it will not accept my pin password. Please help me, I'm at risk of losing 7 years of files on my pc and I'm sobbing my eyes out.

A system restore will not recover an app you have uninstalled, a System Restore only restores Windows system files and the registry.

If you are still blocked by a PIN/password in the Recovery Environment, then you will need to create a bootable Windows 10 USB on another working PC and boot your PC from that, then rather than installing Windows 10, select ‘Repair this Computer’ that will give you access to the Recovery Environment from there

In the Recovery Environment on the USB, you will not be blocked by a PIN/password, try each available option in the Recovery Environment on the USB,

    Click this link:  https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool.

Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created.
