I have a subscription to Office 365, but every time I download it, I am still only getting Office 2019, even though I have deleted this previous version

    Hello,

    • Open any Office app, such as Word or Excel.
    • Go to File > Account> Product Information.
    • Select 'Switch license'.
    • You will be asked to sign in with your Microsoft account.
    • On the next screen, you will be asked to 'Select Office for this device'.
    • Select Office 365 Subscription and click Next.
    • You can continue using Office apps while the update downloads and installs automatically.

If you are still having issues,

Use the Microsoft Office SARA tool to completely remove all traces of the Office installation on your Windows PC and then reinstall the 365 apps.

You can click the link below to run the tool.

This will open the 'Get help' app on your device.

Follow the prompts to completely uninstall Office apps.

Then, reinstall Office 365 apps from your Microsoft account.
