My email account of 20 years has been hacked last week.

The hacker somehow bypassed my authenticator app and changed my login info. They even changed the email address to ****@bibimail.net.

When I tried to log back in, it said my account does not exist.

I tried the Microsoft Account Recovery process. The email is supposedly suspended, but I have no way of confirming.

I then received an email that requested additional information, I replied but there has been no acknowledgement.

I tried Microsoft support many times, they could not give me a timeline. The emails all seemed to be AI or programs. I don't know if there is a real person sitting behind the desk working on my case.

It has been close to a week since I have lost my email.

All my social media accounts, my bank billing info, my onedrive, are all linked to this email. And I don't know If I could get it back.

I have looked up online, i saw there were many people who also got hacked by the same bibimail hacker. I do not see anyone who manages to get their email back.

Is there any one that I can escalate this to? Any way to expedite the recovery process? What else can I do?

Is this a lost cause?

Estou enfrentando o mesmo problema, recebi notificações da microsoft no e-mail e vi eles a pouco momento, porém minha conta já foi alterada para um email ********@bibimail.net mas não sei nem como entrar para tentar recuperar a conta. E eu preciso da minha conta pois tem muitas senhas nela que não são apenas minha, tem senhas de outras pessoas lá também.

Account recovery is an online automated process, even if you are able to contact Microsoft Support, they cannot recover your account, they can only refer you to the account recovery form.

I wish I had better news for you, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated data like the Email or if 2FA is enabled on the account, then that account is usually no longer recoverable, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.

Try to get in touch @bibimail.net. service providers, if you don't know or unable to find the sources then first thing report about your this incidents to USA Federation and European Commission Law enforcement under GDPR. Try to provide as much as information you can, especially the time, date and how did you fall into that trap. If nothing works for you then don't lose hope and don't stop to chasing about this matters. Have you reported and informed to Microsoft Support team? If not then get in touch with them directly to keep your information safe and secured. The hackers or hijackers whoever's they are doing this cheap activities for their bad days and very soon these hackers will be fallen into their own trap. They forget that if they consider themselves someone clever then it's good for them to get into fallen in their own trap.
