Azure for Students signup blocked by tenant policy - no active subscription

Hi,

I'm currently a full-time university student at NYU and I'm trying to use Azure for learning/AZ-104.

I previously had an Azure for Students subscription approximately two years ago, but I currently have no active Azure subscriptions.

When I try to sign up for Azure for Students again, I receive:

"This offer is blocked before eligibility runs because of tenant policy."

I also previously received this Azure Portal error:

AADSTS16000: User account from identity provider live.com does not exist in tenant Microsoft Services and cannot access the Azure Portal Console App.

My Azure Portal directory currently shows NYU (nyu.edu).

I also tried the Azure for Education support page, but it redirected me to Microsoft Engage Center, where I receive "No access."

When I attempted the Azure for Students signup again, I also received:

"We encountered an unexpected error. Try again later."

Could someone from Microsoft please advise how I can have my Azure for Students eligibility/enrollment checked or corrected so that I can create a new Azure for Students subscription?

I am still an active student and can verify my student status through my university email.
