Since your previous request was denied, consider resubmitting it with additional information instead of the same responses. Microsoft allows you to resubmit recovery form up to twice a day. Other than that, at this point, the priority is to prevent any further loss:

1. Change the passwords for your email and any accounts using the same or a similar password.
2. If you used this account to sign into any other services, immediately change alias and password for them.
3. If the scammer accessed your computer, remove any remote-access software and run a full Microsoft Defender scan.
4. If you have any backs/cards linked to the account, contact the providers to temporarily suspend/unlink it.
5. Do not pay anyone who claims they can recover the account or transfer the Minecraft license.
6. Check your payment methods for unfamiliar charges and cancel them with the bank.
