Good afternoon, Today the sum of $179.00 was taken from my account as a yearly payment for using 365. As I do not have this software installed on my device, I require a full refund.

Sign in with your Microsoft account on the Services & Subscriptions page here.

https://account.microsoft.com/services

Select your Office 365 Subscription, then click Manage.
Select 'Cancel Subscription'.
Scroll through the page and follow the instructions to proceed with the cancellation.

Once canceled within 30 days from the date of Purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund for the purchase will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.

At the bottom of the page, click Contact Support. Sign in to your Microsoft account if needed.

Select Other Products, then Billing and Account Profile questions, then Confirm.

Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
