Dear Microsoft Support Team,

Our company has purchased 17 licenses of Office LTSC Standard 2024 through FPT Synnex Distribution Company Limited.

Based on our current deployment requirements, we would like to allocate these licenses as follows:

12 licenses for Windows devices
5 licenses for macOS devices

Currently, in the Microsoft Admin Center, all 17 licenses are displayed as Office LTSC Standard 2024, and the available download and activation key options appear to be for Windows only.

We would appreciate your assistance in reviewing our licensing entitlement and advising whether the licenses can be converted or reallocated as follows:

Office LTSC Standard 2024 for Windows: 12 licenses Office LTSC Standard for Mac 2024: 5 licenses

If our existing licenses already include cross-platform rights and no license conversion is required, please advise us on how to obtain Office LTSC Standard for Mac 2024 and the appropriate Volume License (VL) Serializer to activate Office on the five Mac devices.

We would also appreciate your confirmation that deploying the 17 licenses across 12 Windows devices and 5 macOS devices complies with the licensing terms of our current agreement.

Please contact FPT Synnex or the reseller that processed your order to verify the exact product SKU and licensing agreement for the 17 licenses. Based on the information provided, I cannot confirm whether these licenses cover the proposed deployment across 12 Windows devices and 5 Macs, or whether an order change is required.

Please ask your supplier to:

Confirm whether your purchased licenses include rights to deploy Office LTSC Standard for Mac 2024.
If those rights are included, help you obtain the Mac installer and the appropriate VL Serializer.
If those rights are not included, advise whether an exchange or order adjustment is possible, or whether separate Mac licenses are needed.
