I was using ms office 365 certainly I experience that a massage ms office 365 to buy, and ms office has stopped to work, trying to buy but unable to do so

    Hello,

    What is the exact error message you receive when purchasing the Office 365 Subscription?

    First, please check if your subscription has expired.

    • To do that, visit your Microsoft account Services & Subscriptions page here-
    • https://account.microsoft.com/services
    • Click Manage subscription.
    • Check whether your subscription is actually expired.

    If it is expired, you can renew your subscription directly from that page.

    If you are having issues with the purchase, open the link in a private browsing tab and complete the purchase.

    You can get in touch with the Microsoft Accounts & Billing support -

    • Go to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact
    • Type Talk to an agent then click Get Help.
    • At the bottom of the page click Contact Support. Sign in to your Microsoft account if needed.
    • Select Other Products then Billing and Account Profile questions then Confirm.
    • Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
