Asking for a Refund

Hello, I accidentally purchased Microsoft 365 Premium and was charged 859.99 SAR on June 19, 2026. I did not intend to purchase the Premium annual subscription.

I have already turned off recurring billing, but I would like to request a refund for this accidental purchase. I understand that some time has passed since the transaction, but I would really appreciate it if you could make a one-time exception and refund the charge, either in full or on a prorated basis.

The subscription was purchased directly from Microsoft.com. Thank you for your help.
