I have spent hours the last few days trying to get help. The first person took over my computer and deleted Microsoft 365 which I did not even know that I had. Then she disconnected with me. I got a case # 7108779785 in my email. I then chatted with a bot about this for over 3 hours. It went round and round and no success. I had downloaded and been using the Office Student and Home 2019 since 2019. I just need Word and Excel for my own personal documents but when that person deleted that I can no longer open my Word or Excel. I am 71 and living on less than $1,000 a month. How do I get my programs back.
