New Key Code.

I left my Family plan expire yesterday & have pd for a Personal Plan at Best Buy. My new Key Code is <mod: code removed>

I want my acct to show this change and have it reactivated.

    I’m sorry this has been so frustrating. This is a user-to-user community, so nobody here can access or reactivate your account directly, but you can try the following steps:

    1. Open Microsoft 365 setup select Get started and sign in with the same Microsoft account previously used for your Family subscription.
    2. Enter the new 25-character Personal product key (without hyphens) and follow the prompts. Once redemption is completed, check Services & subscriptions to confirm that Microsoft 365 Personal appears with the new expiration date.
    3. Open Word or Excel and sign in with that same account. If necessary, close and reopen the app to refresh the license.
