I'm the only user and purchased the MS 365 subscription myself and don't have admin rights and I cannot access the Admin Center. I need to update my payment method and can't access the Admin Center.

    1. What is the exact name of your Microsoft 365 subscription, such as Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, Business Basic, Business Standard, or Business Premium?
    2. What happens when you try to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center? If you receive an error message, please share the exact message or a screenshot with any sensitive information removed.
    3. Where did you originally purchase the subscription, directly from Microsoft or through a third-party provider?
    4. Do you have access to any other account that may have been created when the subscription was purchased?
