Since there are already enough points and the phone number is not VoIP and not shared across 6 accounts, the supported causes to check next are:

    1. Verify the code entry exactly matches the code sent to the phone.
      • If there were too many failed phone verification attempts, wait 48 hours before trying again.
    2. Make sure redemption is being done in the same region as the Microsoft account.
      • Rewards cannot be redeemed while traveling in another market/region.
      • Do not use a VPN or proxy while redeeming, because that can make the service think the redemption is coming from a different region.
    3. Try QR code verification instead of SMS verification.
      • Go to rewards.microsoft.com in a web browser on a PC or mobile device.
      • Choose the reward.
      • When prompted to verify the account, select Verify with the Bing app.
      • Scan the QR code with the Bing app on the mobile device.
      • Enter the 6-digit verification code, select Verify, then return to complete redemption.
      • This option does not appear for Auto-redeem rewards or when redeeming inside the Bing app.
    4. If QR verification also fails, try the documented troubleshooting steps:
      • Update the browser and operating system.
      • Clear browser cache and cookies.
      • Temporarily turn off VPNs, proxies, or third-party security software.
      • Try a different browser, device, or network.
    5. Check the order status if a redemption attempt was partially created.
      • Sign in to the Rewards page, select Redeem > Order history, and check Status.
      • If no confirmation email was received, use Resend on the Order History page.
    6. If the issue continues, contact Microsoft Rewards Support using the support form for account-specific investigation.

Hi, I'm Bernard. I'm happy to help!

Have you tried using a different device, such as your phone or another PC, and a different internet connection? If so, please make sure that the region set on your Microsoft Rewards account matches the region you’re currently in.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting Microsoft Rewards support, as they specialize in this issue. You may reach them from the link below:
