unable to scan using PC

Message states: Set-up complete. Restart computer to make set-up complete. I restart but message keeps appearing

    What is the exact make and model of the scanner or printer/scanner?

    If you haven't tried it yet, first, disconnect the scanner from the PC, restart Windows, then reconnect it and try scanning again.

    If the same "restart computer to complete setup" message keeps appearing, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you scanning through the manufacturer's app, Windows Scan, or another program?
    2. Does the scanner appear normally under Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners?
