a little while ago i got hacked and lost my microsoft account and tried to recover it.

from the title as i was saying i tried to recover my account got close but then i logged out of my email and then i couldnt recover it because i wasnt able to get back into my email for a week. i really want my account back so i can play minecraft with my friends again so i dont have to buy the game again.

Can you share what made you think the accounts were hacked?

Does it look like the email address linked to your account was changed?

Did you receive any alerts, notice unusual activity, or received any notice that your security info was changed (email/phone updated)?

Also, please try searching for the account using these steps from Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/forgotten-your-microsoft-account-username-b2049472-3b8f-27d3-61c6-67a668453f4c Click on "Search" and follow the instructions provided.

If you receive any error messages, such as “account doesn’t exist” or anything else, please let me know.
