Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
There isn’t a single combined invoice list for both Azure billing-profile invoices and Microsoft 365 admin center license invoices in the provided guidance. They are handled in different portals.
For Azure invoices for a specific billing profile:
- Sign in to the Azure portal.
- Search for Cost Management + Billing.
- Select Invoices from the left-hand side.
- Select the invoice to view or Download it.
- For itemized Azure charges, use the invoice row menu (...) and select Prepare Azure usage file. The usage CSV is typically ready within 72 hours after the invoice is issued.
For Microsoft 365 license invoices:
- Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
- If using Simplified view, select Products > View invoices.
- If using Dashboard view, go to Billing > Bills & payments.
- If there are multiple billing accounts, use Change billing account to see invoices for each one.
- Open an invoice to view details, or select Download > Download invoice for the PDF.
If the goal is a single list for accounting, the supported approach in the provided guidance is to export/download invoices separately from:
- Azure portal for Azure billing profile invoices
- Microsoft 365 admin center for license invoices
For Azure-only sharing by billing profile, invoice emails can also be enabled from Cost Management + Billing > Billing profiles > Properties > Manage settings under Invoice and Billing Notifications.
