I need a single list of all invoices for a specific billing profile. Azure services and Admin Center licenses.

Where do I go to get a total report for a single billing profile. This profile is used for our Azure Subscription and the purchase of licenses. They seem to be two different things, Azure invoices and Admin center invoices.

    Dear Jenifer Nech,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

For your concern, you can refer to the AI's answer. You need to export data from the Azure Portal and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center separately, then consolidate it manually or via a custom reporting process.

Currently, there is no single portal view that combines Azure billing-profile invoices and Microsoft 365 Admin Center invoices. However, depending on your billing model, invoice data may be retrievable through Azure Billing APIs, Azure CLI, or PowerShell and then consolidated into a report.

You can view or download your invoice or billing statement for your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center > Billing > Bills and payments.

For Azure invoice, it is generated based on your billing account type. Invoices are created for Microsoft Online Service Program (MOSP) also called pay-as-you-go, Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA), and Microsoft Partner Agreement (MPA) billing accounts. Invoices are also generated for Enterprise Agreement (EA) billing accounts.

If you are unable to find the invoice you are looking for, please contact the billing team.

    • To get support for Microsoft 365 for business: sign in Microsoft 365 Admin center > Support > Help & support > turn off Support Assistant > type Billing and click Contact support
    • To create an Azure support request: sign in at the Azure Portal, select Help + support from the top menu > choose Create a support request > under Issue type, select Billing > fill in the required details and submit.

Kindly let me know when there are updates or if you need further assistance. Any updates you’re able to share would be really helpful.

I'm here and happy to help! Thank you for your kindness and patience!

There isn’t a single combined invoice list for both Azure billing-profile invoices and Microsoft 365 admin center license invoices in the provided guidance. They are handled in different portals.

For Azure invoices for a specific billing profile:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. Search for Cost Management + Billing.
    3. Select Invoices from the left-hand side.
    4. Select the invoice to view or Download it.
    5. For itemized Azure charges, use the invoice row menu (...) and select Prepare Azure usage file. The usage CSV is typically ready within 72 hours after the invoice is issued.

    For Microsoft 365 license invoices:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. If using Simplified view, select Products > View invoices.
    3. If using Dashboard view, go to Billing > Bills & payments.
    4. If there are multiple billing accounts, use Change billing account to see invoices for each one.
    5. Open an invoice to view details, or select Download > Download invoice for the PDF.

If the goal is a single list for accounting, the supported approach in the provided guidance is to export/download invoices separately from:

    • Azure portal for Azure billing profile invoices
    • Microsoft 365 admin center for license invoices

For Azure-only sharing by billing profile, invoice emails can also be enabled from Cost Management + Billing > Billing profiles > Properties > Manage settings under Invoice and Billing Notifications.
