How did you purchase your subscription? You should see a download link in your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services next to the product name.

If you purchased a product key, you will have to add the key to your account first. Go to https://setup.office.com , sign in with your Microsoft account and enter the key. Installation and activation will then continue from your account.

    Hi,

You can also download it using the link below. After installation, open an Office application and sign in with the account that has the Office 365 subscription.

If Microsoft 365 was purchased online directly from Microsoft, there is usually no product key. The purchase should appear under Services & subscriptions, where Install is available.

    Try this:

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the Microsoft account used for the purchase.
    2. Look for the Microsoft 365 subscription and select Install.
    3. If the purchase does not appear there, check Order history at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and confirm the purchase is listed under the same Microsoft account.
    4. If the product was bought as an Office for home product and has not been linked to an account yet, go to https://setup.office.com, sign in or create a Microsoft account, and complete the linking steps.
    5. After the account is linked, return to the install page and install from there.

If the Install button is present but does nothing, try these steps:

    1. Select Run at the bottom of the browser after choosing Install.
    2. Open a private browser window, go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps, sign in, and select Install again.
    3. In Edge, clear cached images and files: Alt + F > Delete browsing data > choose a time range > select Cached images and files > Clear now.
