    Hello George Ioannides,

Did you have two-step verification enabled on this Microsoft account before losing access?

This is important because the recovery options are different depending on that. If two-step verification was not enabled, try Microsoft’s Sign-in Helper first. If needed, you can then use the Microsoft account recovery form, and the contact email you provide there can be any working email address you can access.

If two-step verification was enabled and you no longer have access to any of the verification methods, Microsoft states that the recovery process cannot bypass it, and Support cannot manually send a password-reset link or change the account details.

For a Microsoft 365 personal subscription, the password is the Microsoft account password used for the subscription.

If the password was forgotten, use the Microsoft account reset flow:

    1. Go to Reset your password: https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx
    2. Enter the Microsoft account and follow the prompts.
    3. If a verification code is received, enter it and create a new password.

If no recovery mobile number or recovery email was added, start with the Sign-in Helper tool: Sign-in Helper

If self-service reset does not work, use Microsoft Support: Contact Microsoft Support

Important: support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details for security reasons.
