I have two 365 accounts one prepaid with two years to go and one automatically renewing which has already taken a payment for this year. Can I get this repaid although they are registered to different email addresses?

    Hi, @Clare472

This forum is public, no one from here has access to your Microsoft Billing account.

Yes, a refund may be possible for the automatically renewed subscription, even though the other Microsoft 365 subscription is under a different email address.

If the renewing subscription was purchased directly from Microsoft, sign in to the account that was charged here: https://account.microsoft.com/services Find the Microsoft 365 subscription, select "Manage", then "Cancel". Microsoft will show during the cancellation process whether the most recent renewal is eligible for a refund.

    To help narrow this down:

    1. Was the automatically renewing subscription purchased directly from Microsoft, or through a retailer such as Apple, Amazon, or another provider?
    2. What date was the renewal payment taken?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!
