Hello. On September 4, 2026, I paid €10 via Winbank to upgrade my OneDrive storage to 1 TB. The bank has cleared the transaction, and I have the official payment PDF. However, the subscription does not appear in my order history, and my storage remains at 100 GB. I would like to send you the PDF so that you can activate the 1 TB on my account.

    Hello MYRON AMPARTZAKIS,

Since the payment was made on September 4 and the subscription still does not appear, this will need to be reviewed by Microsoft Support.

Microsoft Q&A is a public community forum, so contributors here cannot access your account, verify the transaction, or activate the storage plan.

Before contacting Support, please check the following:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft account order history using every personal Microsoft account you may have used for the purchase.
    2. Check Services & subscriptions and OneDrive Manage storage under the same account.
    3. Verify that the €10 transaction on your bank statement identifies Microsoft or the relevant payment processor and is a completed charge rather than a pending authorization.
    4. If the purchase is still missing, contact Microsoft Support, describe it as a billing and subscription issue, and provide the transaction date, amount, bank reference, and payment confirmation when requested.

Here how you can contact support:

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, are not allowed to directly interfere with Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited solely to providing technical guidance on reported incidents, requests, or ideas.

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

I hope Billing Support can trace the payment and either apply the correct subscription or advise you about the charge.
