Direct phone support is no longer available for some billing services, so the recommended option is to contact the billing team through Microsoft’s online support portal.
Open Contact Microsoft Support, sign in with the Microsoft account connected to the charge, and enter double billing or charged twice. Select Get Help, then Ask our Support Assistant, then request for live chat or a call back. Depending on your region and support availability, you may be offered live chat or a callback.
Before contacting support, check your Microsoft account order history for two matching transactions. If only one appears there, open Payment options and select Investigate, as the second charge may belong to another Microsoft account using the same card. Please keep the charge dates, amounts, and last four digits of the payment card available, but do not post those details publicly.
