Dear Microsoft Billing and Tax Support Team,

I am writing to request a Certificate of Tax Residence for the 2026 tax year for Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (MIOL), the Microsoft entity issuing invoices for my account.

The certificate is required by the tax authorities of Georgia in order to apply the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement between Georgia and Ireland and to support the application of the applicable reduced withholding tax rate or exemption on payments made to Microsoft.

Please provide the following document:
