Recently switch to Microsoft 365 and can no longer access Office tools

I recently switched from Microsoft 365 Premium to Microsoft 365 Basic. I no longer have access to the Office software tools. How do I get my access to the Office tools back?

    The cheaper Microsoft 365 Basic subscription entitles you to 100GB of OneDrive storage and access to the free Office apps in a Web browser, it does not include installing and using the Office apps on your PC, it is only the Microsoft 365 Personal, Family and Premium subscriptions that include installing and using the Office apps on your PC.
