Forgot password on Outlook but can not use form.

Hi,

Last night, I lost access to my email and do not remember the password (I am using my backup email to say this). I tried using the form, but I just couldn't remember who and why I emailed.

Is there another way I can sign in?

Are you referring to the account recovery form? See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/manage/help-with-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form .

The steps are automated, and you may have to try repeatedly until you succeed.
