Try these Windows 11 steps in order:
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
- Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
- Confirm Bluetooth is turned on.
- Check the headphones.
- Make sure the headphones are powered on, charged, and in pairing mode.
- Keep them close to the laptop.
- If needed, turn the headphones off, wait a few seconds, and turn them back on.
- Make the laptop ready to find more devices.
- Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
- Under Device settings > Bluetooth devices discovery, choose Advanced.
- Turn Bluetooth off and back on.
- Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
- Turn Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
- Remove the headphones and pair them again if they already appear.
- Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
- Select More options for the headphone device.
- Select Remove device > Yes.
- Then pair the headphones again.
- Update the Bluetooth driver.
- Open Device Manager.
- Expand Bluetooth.
- Right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software.
- Restart the laptop if prompted.
- Check Windows Update.
- Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update.
- Select Check for updates and install any available updates.
- Restart the laptop.
- Select Start > Power > Restart.
If the headphones connect but no sound comes out, go to Start > Settings > System > Sound and under Choose your output device, select the Bluetooth headphones.
