Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
Hi Lexie Clark,
I understand that you've been submitting the account recovery form for more than three months and are not receiving any follow-up emails. I can imagine how frustrating this situation must be.
Unfortunately, Microsoft Support and Community moderators cannot manually verify account ownership, provide recovery codes, or bypass the Microsoft account recovery process. The automated recovery system is the only method available for regaining access to a personal Microsoft account.
To improve the chances of a successful recovery, please ensure that:
- The contact email address entered on the recovery form is active and able to receive messages.
- You check the Inbox, Junk/Spam, and any filtering or quarantine folders for messages from Microsoft.
- You submit the recovery form from a device, browser, and location that you have previously used to access the account.
- You provide as much accurate information as possible, including previous passwords, account details, contacts, and other historical information associated with the account.
Since you mentioned that you are no longer receiving any response emails after your initial password reset attempt expired, you may also want to submit a support request specifically reporting that recovery form responses are not being delivered to your designated contact email address.
I appreciate your patience and hope you're able to regain access to your account soon.
