Got locked out my laptop as it doesn't say locking your device from find my device will permanently block your system

Currently, I can't access anything but the pin code page only and I can't opt sign in as administrator as I don't have that option showing at all and all the ways that people recommend is to just reset it as there's no fixing it from a lot of posts.

So at this point, I have no clue what to do exactly because I don't want to delete my data, and keep my data in the reset doesn't help as it still deletes it

And if ask, I lost my laptop, that's why I did this
