Currently, I can't access anything but the pin code page only and I can't opt sign in as administrator as I don't have that option showing at all and all the ways that people recommend is to just reset it as there's no fixing it from a lot of posts.

So at this point, I have no clue what to do exactly because I don't want to delete my data, and keep my data in the reset doesn't help as it still deletes it

And if ask, I lost my laptop, that's why I did this

The function to remote lock a laptop on your Microsoft account online is used for a lost or stolen device to protect your data from someone else accessing your personal files, there is no unlock function available, when the device is locked remotely, the only option available to be able to use that device again is to reset Windows, there is no other method available.

If you have files on that device that you need to recover, in the Recovery Environment, open Command Prompt.

In Command Prompt type notepad.exe and press Enter.

    Notepad should open.

    Select File - Open.

You may then be able to use the Open File dialog like a small File Explorer window to drag your files out onto a USB drive.

There is no remote unlock function after a Windows device has been locked with Find my device. In this situation, the supported recovery path is to reset Windows.

To avoid losing data before resetting, try copying files out from Windows Recovery Environment first:

    1. On the sign-in screen, select the Power icon.
    2. Hold Shift and select Restart.
    3. Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt.
    4. In Command Prompt, type notepad.exe and press Enter.
    5. In Notepad, select File > Open.
    6. Use the Open dialog like a basic File Explorer window to copy files and folders to a USB drive.

After backing up the files, reset the PC:

    1. From Windows Recovery Environment, select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC.
    2. Review the reset options carefully.

    Important:

    • Resetting your PC reinstalls Windows. Apps and settings are removed, and personal files may also be removed depending on the option selected.
    • Remove everything deletes personal files, apps, and settings.
    • If the device is encrypted, make sure the BitLocker recovery key is available before resetting.
    • Microsoft support cannot unlock the device remotely or bypass account protection.

If sign-in to the Microsoft account is also blocked, use the Sign-in helper or Contact Microsoft Support from the support options provided.
