    Hi Himani,

This looks like an MFA lockout for that specific tenant. If there is another Global Administrator in the affected tenant, ask them to reset your authentication methods and require MFA re-registration.

If you are the only Global Administrator and cannot access the tenant through any other authentication method, this becomes a tenant lockout scenario. Microsoft’s Data Protection/Tenant Recovery team would need to verify ownership and help restore access. Microsoft moderators have confirmed this recovery route for similar MFA lockouts.

Since you can access another tenant, you can also raise a support request from there and clearly provide the affected tenant ID, explaining that the ticket is for an MFA lockout in a different tenant.

Thank you, and feel free to respond back for more assistance.
