For Microsoft 365 business billing, invoice email delivery depends on the billing account type and permissions.

    • If the billing account is MOSA, invoice PDF attachments are managed in the Microsoft 365 admin center:
      1. Go to Billing > Billing notifications.
      2. Select Edit notification settings.
      3. Under Invoice PDF, select Attach a PDF to your invoice emails.
      4. Select Save.
    • If the billing account uses a billing profile:
      1. Open the billing profile details page.
      2. In Invoice and Billing Notifications, select Manage settings under Invoice and payment contact settings.
      3. Turn on Get invoices in email attachments.
      4. Add any additional recipient email addresses if needed.
      5. Select Save Changes.
    • For volume licensing invoices, the invoice is emailed to the Bill To contact or participant named on the licensing contract. The Bill To contact can be checked under Contracts > View contract details > Contacts.
    • If invoice emails are still not arriving, add microsoft-noreply@microsoft.com to the safe senders list and review any mail rules that might move the message to junk.
    • If urgent access is needed right now and invoice viewing is blocked, only users with the correct billing permissions can access invoices. In Microsoft 365, a billing admin can go to Billing > Bills & payments > Invoices to view or download them.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. I understand that you are looking into receiving invoices for your Microsoft 365 subscription.

If this is for a personal subscription, please open browser and go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and sign in with your Microsoft account and check if you can see it from there.

    • To see more orders and past purchases, select the Ordered within Past 3 months dropdown.
    • To print an order or its tax invoice, select Order details > Print / Tax Invoice.

If the invoice that you are looking for is not there, you can reach out to the support team at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/ and then click on Microsoft 365 and then click Get Home Support and then type in Billing question and click the blue button that says Sign in to contact Support and login and proceed from there.
