    Hi, Richard

The moving waves are usually light flicker captured by the camera, especially with LED or fluorescent lighting. The camera’s frequency setting needs to match the local electrical frequency.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

Install or open Logi Tune, select the Brio 500, and find Anti-flicker under the camera settings.

Change it between 50 Hz and 60 Hz, then check which setting removes the waves. Logitech specifically recommends synchronizing this setting with the frequency of the room lighting.

Test the camera in daylight or with a different lamp. If the waves disappear, the original LED or fluorescent light is causing the issue.

Connect the camera directly to another USB port on the computer, without a hub, dock, or extension cable.

In Logi Tune, check for camera firmware updates. Also test the camera in the Windows Camera app to see whether the waves appear outside Teams or Zoom.

If the issue remains on another computer and under different lighting, contact Logitech Support because the camera or cable may be faulty.

Thank you for your patience in reading, I hope this information has been helpful to you.
