in the last hour I bought and supossedly installed Home Office 2024 online. I never got the product I paid for but did have a 2021 version which I uninstalled from my computer. I need to download and install what I paid for !

If you have any trouble downloading it, you can download Office from this link—even though it says "365"—by logging in with the account you used to purchase Office Home 2024.
It will detect the license and activate as Office 2024.
