in the last hour I bought and supossedly installed Home Office 2024 online. I never got the product I paid for but did have a 2021 version which I uninstalled from my computer. I need to download and install what I paid for !

    If your account has Office 2021 as well, or if you have an older Microsoft account with Office 2021, it might be a version conflict.

    Start an Office app such as Word and look at the right hand side of the File > Account screen. Which product name(s) do you see?

    Hi,

    If you have any trouble downloading it, you can download Office from this link—even though it says "365"—by logging in with the account you used to purchase Office Home 2024.

    It will detect the license and activate as Office 2024.
