    Hi Danial

Based on the security-notification emails you received, it appears the original Microsoft account may have been compromised and its security information was changed. Creating a new Microsoft account using the same email address does not restore the original account or any Minecraft licenses that were linked to it. The Minecraft entitlement remains tied to the original Microsoft account.

Your priority should be recovering the original Microsoft account using Microsoft's account recovery tools:

If you regain access to the original account but Minecraft is still missing, contact Minecraft Support and provide any proof of purchase you have.

Please note that this is a public user-to-user forum. Forum contributors and moderators cannot access accounts, reverse security changes, or restore game licenses.

This pattern matches a compromised Microsoft account: security info was added, then removed, and the original sign-in address is no longer recognized. Creating a new Microsoft account with the same email does not restore the old Microsoft account or the Minecraft entitlement that was attached to it.

    Recommended path:

    1. Start the Microsoft account recovery process with the official sign-in helper tool.
      • Use the tool for hacked or inaccessible accounts.
      • It can provide self-help steps or offer the chance to talk to an agent.
    2. Before changing any password, run a full malware scan on the PC.
      • In Windows Security, open Virus and threat protection.
      • Select Scan options > Full scan > Scan now.
      • This is important before changing passwords so the new password is not exposed again.
    3. If sign-in still fails, use Forgot my password on the sign-in page and choose I think someone else is using my Microsoft account.
    4. If the sign-in page says the account does not exist, use the Sign-in Helper tool.
    5. If the account is recovered, immediately:
      • change the password
      • review recent activity from Security basics > Review activity
      • remove unknown security info
      • check connected accounts, forwarding, and automatic replies

Important limits from Microsoft support content:

    • If the original account has not been signed in to for more than two years, it may have been deleted and cannot be reopened.
    • If the account was closed, it can only be reopened during its 30-day or 60-day grace period.
    • Recreating a new account with the same email does not bring back the previous account data.

For the Minecraft purchase itself, the supported Microsoft path is to recover the original Microsoft account first. The new account is separate from the old one.
