so here's the story .. at the beginning, i want to open my minecraft but after i open the launcher and i see that my account was logged out so i try to log back in but it said the email was not registered and i checked my email and i see there's 2 email that says "microsoft account security info was added" at 1.00 am malaysia time 12 september 2026 after 5 minutes (1.05am) there was an email that say "microsoft account security info was deleted" so now i already created new account using the same email .. but the problem is i didn't get my minecraft account back .. so what do i do? any solutions?

Based on the security-notification emails you received, it appears the original Microsoft account may have been compromised and its security information was changed. Creating a new Microsoft account using the same email address does not restore the original account or any Minecraft licenses that were linked to it. The Minecraft entitlement remains tied to the original Microsoft account.

Your priority should be recovering the original Microsoft account using Microsoft's account recovery tools:

This pattern matches a compromised Microsoft account: security info was added, then removed, and the original sign-in address is no longer recognized. Creating a new Microsoft account with the same email does not restore the old Microsoft account or the Minecraft entitlement that was attached to it.

Recommended path:

Start the Microsoft account recovery process with the official sign-in helper tool.
- Use the tool for hacked or inaccessible accounts.
- It can provide self-help steps or offer the chance to talk to an agent.
Before changing any password, run a full malware scan on the PC.
- In Windows Security, open Virus and threat protection.
- Select Scan options > Full scan > Scan now.
