Hello. I have an Azure account created in Canada a few years back. I accidentally use its service from outside the country. Now there's a invoice in Canadian dollar and I can't make any payment using other credit cards from outside Canada. I can't send a support ticket as it keep sending me nonsense solutions without allowing me to access a person. I'm hoping to solve the problem or I'll ignore the account for good.
