Open Bluetooth directly from Settings instead of the Studio effects page:
- Press Windows key + I to open Settings.
- In the left pane, select Bluetooth & devices.
- Make sure the Bluetooth toggle is On.
A second way is from Quick settings:
- Select the Network, Sound, or Battery icons on the right side of the taskbar.
- In Quick settings, select Bluetooth to turn it on.
If Bluetooth is missing or the toggle does not appear:
- Open Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Find Bluetooth and run the troubleshooter.
If that still does not restore Bluetooth:
- Open Device Manager.
- Select View > Show hidden devices.
- If hidden Bluetooth devices appear, uninstall them.
- Restart the PC.
- If Bluetooth is still missing, install the Bluetooth driver recommended on the PC manufacturer’s support page.
