Likely due to corrupted windows. Repairing Windows by reinstalling the same version may help. It repairs system files and components while preserving your apps, files, and settings, but I still recommend backing up important data just in case. You can perform the repair using the Microsoft guide below:

    Hi, let me help you.

Have you tried closing the Studio Effects window?

If you opened it through Settings, click the "X" in the top-right corner of the Settings window, or press Alt + F4 while it's the active window.

Open Bluetooth directly from Settings instead of the Studio effects page:

    1. Press Windows key + I to open Settings.
    2. In the left pane, select Bluetooth & devices.
    3. Make sure the Bluetooth toggle is On.

A second way is from Quick settings:

    1. Select the Network, Sound, or Battery icons on the right side of the taskbar.
    2. In Quick settings, select Bluetooth to turn it on.

If Bluetooth is missing or the toggle does not appear:

    1. Open Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
    2. Find Bluetooth and run the troubleshooter.

If that still does not restore Bluetooth:

    1. Open Device Manager.
    2. Select View > Show hidden devices.
    3. If hidden Bluetooth devices appear, uninstall them.
    4. Restart the PC.
    5. If Bluetooth is still missing, install the Bluetooth driver recommended on the PC manufacturer’s support page.
