My account is logged out of the app, needs me to login to the account to use the app, but wants me to get a code from the app I’m trying to login to!?

I was logged out of my account on the app, and in order for me to receive codes for that account, I need to log in, but it wants me to use a code from the app that I’m actively trying to login to. Every time i select “I can’t use the app right now” its gives me an option to also use the app. No, I can’t use text messages because you have to LOGIN in order to allow those. Someone help ASAP!! I need this for work.

    Hi Chey,

    It sounds like you are stuck in a sign-in loop because Microsoft Authenticator is the only verification method available. For a work account, your IT administrator can reset your MFA registration so you can sign in and set up Authenticator again. Microsoft also recommends using another available sign-in method if one is listed.
