When I try and use Copilot in Word, Excel, of PP, after I type the prompt, I am getting the message that I am out of credits and that I need to upgrade.

I was on chat for about an hour or so but it still has not resolved. I am logged in with my gmail account-not sure what to do.

    Tracey,

This is the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, right?

Can you make sure you are sigining in with the same Microsoft account in your Word, Excel , etc apps?

If so, in the apps, go to Files > Accounts > Update license, sign in again if prompted, does it make any difference?

Otherwise, Microsoft does mention that it can take up to 72 hours for new digital entitlement to take effect.
