Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi, @Ronald Selman
Since the billing issue is already fixed, first check whether Microsoft now shows the subscription as active here:
https://account.microsoft.com/services Make sure you sign in with the same Microsoft account used in Outlook.
If it shows active, and if you haven't tried it yet, first, sign out of your Microsoft 365 account in Outlook or another Office app, close all Office apps, restart the PC, then sign back in. This can refresh the license information stored on the computer.
If the pop-up still appears, to help narrow down the issue:
- Does Microsoft 365 show as "Active" on the Services page?
- Are you using Classic Outlook or New Outlook?
- What is the exact message shown in the "Don't lose your benefits" pop-up?
Click "Add comment" to let me know.
Thanks!
