microsoft account stolen

Hi!

My microsoft account (which was linked to my beloved hotmail account) is stolen, and not the person is the family organizer and has access to my kids accounts. Also has my credit card information and addresses, etc.

No phone call or chat support I can find. Any idea?

Are you saying that account recovery failed? If the hacker has changed crucial account info, you may have lost access permanently, unfortunately.
