    As well as the information already provided I believe you may also want to try starting an online chat with support via https://support.microsoft.com and click on Contact Us then follow the instructions provided until you reach a person. You may want to try saying you need more help to get there quicker. Once there tell them you want to open an unauthorized access ticket on your account.
