    Hi @jeanne verville,

If you accidentally blocked your own email address in Classic Outlook for Windows, you can remove it from the Blocked Senders list:

    1. Open Outlook.
    2. Go to the Home tab.
    3. Click Junk > Junk E-mail Options.
    4. Select the Blocked Senders tab.
    5. Find your email address in the list, select it, and click Remove.
    6. Click Apply, then OK.User's image

Please try the steps above first. If they don't resolve the issue, let me know what happens (for example, whether messages from your address are being moved to Junk Email or blocked in another way), and I'll be happy to help investigate further.

Thank you again for your time and understanding. I really appreciate your patience, and I’m here to help. Looking forward to your response.

In classic Outlook for Windows, remove the address from the blocked list or mark it as safe.

    1. On the Home tab, in the Delete group, select Block > Junk E-mail Options.
    2. Open the Blocked Senders tab.
    3. Select the blocked email address or domain.
    4. Select Remove, then OK.

To prevent the address from being treated as junk again:

    1. On the Home tab, in the Delete group, select Block.
    2. Select Never Block Sender.

If the blocked address is the same mailbox hosted on Exchange or Exchange Online, messages can still end up in Junk even after adding it to Safe Senders. In that case, administrator assistance may be needed.
