    Hi, @Tim Graves

When a OneDrive account goes over the storage limit, it becomes frozen, and that prevents you from managing your files. To fix this, the first step is to unfreeze your account, and Microsoft explains the process here: "What does it mean when your OneDrive account is frozen?" https://support.microsoft.com/office/what-does-it-mean-when-your-onedrive-account-is-frozen-5e76147b-b7d5-4bcb-ba28-b91e3eb636b6

After freeing space (or purchasing additional storage), it can take up to 24 to 48 hours for everything to fully update across your account. I’d recommend waiting until then.

Have you already waited at least 24 hours since clearing the space, or was this done very recently?

If the 100 GB storage was purchased on the same Microsoft account, start with these checks:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account services page and confirm the subscription is active: Microsoft account.
    2. Sign in to OneDrive and open Manage your OneDrive storage to verify the storage quota and see what is using space.
    3. Make sure the restored Windows device is signed in to OneDrive with the same account that received the storage upgrade.
    4. If the purchased storage does not appear yet, wait up to 24 hours for the quota to update.
    5. If it still does not update after 24 hours, try unlinking and relinking the OneDrive account.

If the account shows as frozen because it exceeded storage, delete files or buy more storage to get back under quota. Changes can take up to two hours to apply, and if the account is still frozen after four hours, contact support.

If the issue is that the account is blocked and shows “Your account is currently unavailable”, go to the Microsoft services account reset page and follow the on-screen instructions. If the account was blocked after security verification or sharing many files, the block is removed within 24 hours.

For personal accounts, technical support is available through Contact Microsoft Support. Mobile users can also open the OneDrive app and gently shake the device to contact support.
